TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT:
Please take note that not all the Outlook's are the same, it depends on the Windows Operating system you are using. If your settings vary from the images below, please feel free to contact us for telephonic support.
 
STEP 1
Open your Microsoft Outlook, navigate to TOOLS then ACCOUNTS or EMAIL ACCOUNTS.
 
 
STEP 2
The screen below will open, Navigate to ADD then MAIL.
 
 
STEP 3
When you are finish with step 2 the following screen will open, where you can type in the DISPLAY NAME (This is only the display name for the email account). Click on NEXT
 
 
STEP 4
In the next screen it ask for an email address, type in your email address and click on NEXT.
 
 
STEP 5
In the next screen you can type in the settings on the image below ACCEPT for the OUTGOING MAIL (SMTP) SERVER. If you haven't got an adsl or internet connection with Red Cactus, please get the correct SMTP server setting from your isp where you have an internet connection. Click on NEXT.
 
 
STEP 6
In the next screen it asks for an ACCOUNT NAME (This is your email address), type in your email address and the email PASSWORD (Provided by Red Cactus). Click on NEXT.
 
 
STEP 7
In the next screen it asks for which method do you want to use to connect to the internet (ADSL Uses Local Area Network, 56K dialups uses a phone line) Choose your method and click NEXT.
 
 
STEP 8
In the next screen you can just click on FINISH
