This service, when enabled, blocks messages containing viruses and then notifies both the sender and recipient.
1. Login to the Plesk host panel with the credentials you received after signing up with Red Cactus
2. Once logged in, select MAIL
3. Click MAIL ACCOUNTS
4. Select the EMAIL ADDRESS
5. Switch on ANTIVIRUS for this Email account
Congratulations! You have successfully enabled the ANTIVIRUS for your Email account.
Please note the options available when enabling the antivirus. You can set it to;
– only scan incoming mail
– only scan outgoing mail
– scan incoming and outgoing mail
